엔지니어와의 1:1 상담으로 장비 고장의 근본 원인을 분석하고 최적의 수리 솔루션을 제안합니다. 단순 수리를 넘어 지속 가능한 사후 관리 방안을 함께 논의하며, 직접 방문 시 현장에서 장비 상태 점검과 실시간 견적 상담을 받으실 수 있습니다.

We provide optimized repair and maintenance solutions through 1:1 technical consultations with our engineers. 3.  정밀 수리 작업실(Main Repair Facility)

정밀 계측 장비를 활용하여 입고된 제품의 고장 원인을 분석합니다. 엔지니어가 진단 데이터를 바탕으로 입고된 제품의 고장 원인을 점검 및 수리합니다.

Our engineers analyze and diagnose faulty products using precision measurement tools. Based on the data, we perform professional repairs to restore the equipment to full functionality.

 

 

 

4.  부품 보관실(Parts Inventory)

제조사별 핵심 정품 부품 및 단종된 희귀 소자를 상시 보유하고 있습니다. 체계적 자재 관리 시스템을 통해 수리 기간을 단축하여 고객사의 공정 차질을 방지합니다.

We maintain an extensive stock of genuine components and obsolete parts for various manufacturers. Our systematic inventory management shortens repair times and minimizes production downtime for our clients.

 

 

 

5.  자재 보관실(Equipment&Materials Storage)

수리에 필요한 주요 자재와 대형 장비를 관리합니다. 신규 자재 포함 다양한 중고 자재와 장비들을 함께 보유하고 있어, 신규 부품 수급이 어려운 경우에도 유연한 대처가 가능합니다. 

We stock essential materials and large-scale equipment for all repair needs. Our inventory includes both new and refurbished units, allowing for flexible solutions even when original parts are no longer available.

 

 

 

6.  테스트 작업실(Performance Test Room)

수리 완료 후 실제 공정 라인과 유사한 환경에서 구동 테스트를 진행합니다. 엄격한 자체 품질 기준을 통과한 후 최종 출고를 진행합니다.

After repairs, we conduct operational tests under conditions similar to actual production lines. Only products that pass our strict internal quality standards are cleared for final delivery.
